Our only complaint is that of the 7 luggage trolleys, none were available. We waited about 15 minutes for one to be returned, as we had quite a bit to carry to our room, but none appeared. Otherwise, all was very nice. Staff pleasant and helpful, restaurant food very good, though service a bit slow, room clean and comfy.
