DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Dallas-Richardson

Very Dissatisfied with our room! A/C didn’t blow cold enough! They came promptly to look at it but just never got cold enough! It was Actually cooler in the hallway and elevator! Let the front desk know the next morning and she gave us another room unfortunately with joining rooms you hear Everything next door! I was woke at 3:30 Am by teenagers with bad laugh! There was a foul odor coming from the sink when we ran the water! Dina at the Front desk was Great!

We arrived at the hotel and the gentleman was flirting with a girl mopping the floor. The gentleman never said hi or hello and did not acknowledge us as Hilton members. We stayed there four nights and there were no warm cookies offered. On our second day I asked for our room to be cleaned and for maintenance to come in and check out the air conditioner because it was very warm in there with the ac being set down to sixty. They did not come. We bought a fan. Once we got back in and noticed that this has not been completed. The individuals at the desk told me that we have a request a room cleaning 24 hours in advance and we have to come down and request more towels and get them and they are not brought up to the room. They sent maintenance within ten minutes and he took out his thermometer and the room read 67 and he stated that the ac is working. He reported that he can bring us another fan and that is all they can do, so we accepted this. This room was not the best and not worth the money. There was a huge red stain on the carpet and the curtains were dirty. Every employee we made contact with was rude except for the lady at check out. We were happy to check out and if we are ever in Dallas again we will not be staying here.
