Not only was the hotel great but the staff was A-1 Excellent, Janet, Glen, Rachel, Dave, Tess, Jen, Salvador and Kanma. High Fives to all!!! We also loved Springdale, the people, the stores, restaurants and the shuttle. Your friends in Vermont
Very disappointed in their customer service. We were there three nights and requested housekeeping everyday. No one came. Our bed wasn’t made and garbage overflowing. We complained each evening and nothing was done! In addition no one told me about a parking sign to be displayed in our window. I saw other cars had it so I had to request it.
