Check in was delayed. Rooms were not ready by the 3:00 pm check in time. There were at least 10 groups of people waiting for their hotel rooms to be ready.

Broken light fixture cover in the bathroom. No ice machine or vending on 4th floor. The belt toaster for breakfast does not toast, even after several passes.
