This is the 2nd time I've booked with AAA and both times my experience has been the worst. How does AAA certify these hotels. This Best Western Heritage Inn should be closed. First off, there's a 4 oz cup sitting under my window because the AC unit was dripping. Now it dripped all day so imagine what the 4oz cup caught. Nothing. So the doorway was full of water. I was with my 73 year old mom and just kept praying she doesn't fall. If that's not enough, I woke up in the middle of the night to see a roach in the toilet and another one running alongside. I'm going to write a letter to the organization that regulates this place.
