We loved the closeness to the airport and the convenience of the shuttle service. The room had a separate sitting room which was great when traveling with two young kids. The pool was not the nicest amenity— it made a strange loud noise and the lighting was poor.

Would have given 5 stars, but the early morning driver for persons going to airport was extremely off putting. Took his own sweet time bringing van to front door for us to board. He attempted to be very engaging on the 10 minute ride to airport, but being frustrated with his demeanor, it didn’t go very well. After stopping at the passenger drop off, getting off of van and waiting at rear of van for our luggage, he had the audacity to hold out his hand and say “where’s my tip? You’re going to tip me, aren’t you?” I was floored. Absolutely planned to tip him, but made me want to rethink this.
