This is a great location in Midtown Manhattan. Our room was slightly cramped due to the "closet/cabinet," which didn't allow for anyone to pass by when open, and it was open a lot as it not only held the safe, microwave and refrigerator, it was also the only place to store clothing. Serious design flaw!

We were only in the room for about 11 hours. The view from the window was a wall of brick and windows. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well. The bathroom was spacious and nicely laid out with many towels. The lighting around the mirror gave a nice level of illumination without having to turn on the overhead light (I’m light sensitive and so many hotel baths have glaring lighting.) My husband commented that he would like to have the shower head at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee. Two pods in my travel mug - along with my own plant-based creamer - saw me through the first of many hours in a surgical waiting area at NYU.

Great staff. There is a guy named Sampson and he is just awesome. He is the best part of the hotel.

Great location, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Lots of food available nearby. The view was great too. The only issue was the shower floor was slick and you had to be careful.
