There was no daily maid service; you had to ask for it. The bathroom had dirty corners. My bed had a big hump in the middle caused by people sleeping on one side and the mattress had a big depression in that area. The staff was very nice, friendly and professional. However, I found that overall it was not as nice as other Hilton Garden Hotels where I've stayed. Did not compare with a H:ilton or a Doubletree Hotel.
