Hotel was very clean. The room, pool and gym are lovely, breakfast was epic every day. Customer service needs some work- when I had trouble with my key card the concierges didn't think to show me that I have to pull the card out to open. Also, card demagnetized several times- I had to go downstairs to re-mag each time.
