Horrible front desk young lady at night time when checking in late. Argued with me over quoted rate and told me to call the 800 number for customer service. Manager contacted me next day and honored the rate quoted but I’d already wasted an hour of vacation trying to get a resolution. Will not return here. Room wasn’t cleaned after one night. Housekeeping said you have to request it so we had to go downstairs to get towels ourselves. No more.
