Both nights the loud fire alarms went off. First night twice once at 9pm had to evacuate and wait an hour in the lobby and again at 2am. Second night at 11pm. elevators stopped working and had to go up and down stairs with luggage and my child is in a wheelchair. My husband hand to bring the wheelchair down a few times. Only offered to get a janitor to assist with bringing down the wheelchair.
