Check-in took two hours. First we were checked into a room in which another guest was already residing then they couldn’t check us out of that room into an unoccupied room. My daughter and I were so tired. The whole process to check in took two hours and we waited in the lobby. The rooms were shabby with fixtures hanging off and caulk visible, the couch had tears in the fabric. The wallpaper was peeling in the common areas
