They were friendly, helpful. Rooms were clean and well done. Most of all beds were very comfortable and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud.
Room was dark, hallway smelled like oil and part of window curtain was ripped-not impressed as this was a very pricey hotel

The hotel is a bit overpriced. We were attending the PAX east convention and the timing probably played into this. We were also disappointed that we did not have a view other than another building. This was the first time we had this issue and we have stayed at this hotel five times. Also, why they don't make the 11th floor lounge available to all guests is beyond me. We were able to take advantage of this perk the first three visits to this IHG hotel. However it is not worth the $150 daily upcharge for access. With all that said, the staff at this hotel is second to none. That goes from the time you arrive at check-in to the interaction with room service.
