Paid for a room with a king bed, got a standard bed instead. Spent 20 minutes getting multiple keys because none of them worked. Booking cited onsite restaurant with room service but neither were available. Room did not have temperature control and put out very hot air even on the coolest setting. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

This was once the premiere hotel in Jeff City, but is now like a ghost town. Restaurant is closed. No where to get morning coffee. Rooms are starting to show lack of maintenance. wPlace is on its last legs.
