We witnessed a homeless person coming out with blankets in the morning. The door in the rear doesn’t lock and anyone can come in and out of the premises. The curtains in the room had holes in them. The carpet was stained and it smelled bad in the room. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.
The hair dryer was not functioning, the hot water was only warm and was limited (I am the 2nd person who took the shower and had COOL water after few minutes). Very bad.
The bathroom did not look clean. Everything else looked ok.
