We checked in late at night, started to unpack and just as I was climbing into bed, exhausted from our drive, I found that it was half soaked- there was a leak in the ceiling dripping onto the bed. Called the front desk and they did provide a new room however in the morning we found a cockroach in that one.. Disappointing to say the least, having had issues with two different rooms, and to have to search all my bags for bugs after we left. Reported it to front desk and asked for them to notify the manager, received no phone call or response.
