I have stayed at this hotel in the past and was shocked by how poor my recent experience was. They moved me from my booked room because the TV was broken, the room I was then placed in was on a floor where half the room number signs had been torn off the walls. The room had no security latch and there was something rotting in the fridge, which was covered in dead fruit flies. I asked to be moved and was then put on a floor where the hallway carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a week and I found a used bandaid in the shower. On top of this, their outdoor pool was dark green with no sign that it might have been closed and only one elevator was working and the inspection sign had been removed from the wall. It was a horrible experience and I will never stay here again.
