There was No Elevator in the building we were in and room wagon 3 rd floor. Otherwise it was an excellent hotel , the staff were awesome

This review was sent to the hotel directly as well. I would never recommend this hotel & will notify AAA of this review as requested by them, also. For the price paid for our rooms I was highly disappointed to say the least and would have changed to a different hotel for the second night if I was able.. I don't mind paying money for services/good that are rightfully priced . This is more of a $100/ night hotel vs a $250/night ( with AAA discount) hotel. The immediate surrounding area of the hotel was not the safest. Parking for our rooms underneath the hotel was full so we had to park on the street which I didn't feel comfortable doing.. When leaving in the morning we saw a young man walking around the hotel for a while picking up cigarette butts and lightning them. There were no visible handicap parking spots at our area of the hotel and no elevators for handicap access to our second floor rooms. The rooms appear to have not been updated for at least the last 15-20 years if not more. The carpet had numerous stains scattered all over and appeared to not have ever been cleaned. Upon arrival our son went to shower & found a dirty wet washcloth hanging from the shower head. When checking in my card was charged for 3 rooms for 2 nights instead of 2 rooms for 2 nights even though I showed the clerk my posted charges on two different platforms. Then it took 6 days for the third room charge to drop off of my credit card pending charges.
