I had reserved a king bed suite, but when I arrived a 2 double bed suite was available. Mgt made it up to me, but I was initially not happy. Everything worked out. Do not touch a bagel with your hand though.

Short on towels, no heated pool, main floor restrooms didn’t stay maintained, seemed to be extremely short staffed on housekeeping and on linens. They provided no room cleaning.

The room was really nice, but it was cold. We tried to turn the air up, but it wouldn't work. We tried to turn it up a few degrees but it wouldn't work. I have a disease that causes severe pain when I get cold, so this was not going to work. My husband spoke with the young ladies at the front desk and they said it was nothing they could do. They stated that maintenance is not on duty over the weekend. I was in pain. My husband continued to try to figure out the problem. The display stopped working. He then discovered that it runs on batteries. He removed them and we had to purchase batteries and replace the old ones. Once the batteries were replaced, it worked fine. No discount was given.
