Few of the listed amenities were available. The pool was mostly closed, and when it was opened it had a green tinge to it. I kept hearing there was a chlorine issue, but I read a comment posted 6 months ago saying the same thing. The bar was only opened 1 day out of 5, and I don't believe the kitchen was opened at all. But it was what we witnessed one evening that was most disturbing. We saw the clerk at the front desk literally go beserk against an elderly disabled customer because he complained about the luggage dolly having a flat tire. She literally started screaming at him, and when I tried to calm her down, she got even worse. The most sickening, totally unprofessional display I have ever witnessed. The kicker? When my wife asked who the owner/ manager was, this crazy woman claimed she was. This person should not be in the service industry and should be fired for treating a guest like she did.

Elevator broken so had to haul bags up the stairs. Also no breakfast or coffee despite there being a big sign in the lobby saying there was supposed to be breakfast. Front desk clerk was rude when we asked and told us to go across the street to a coffee shop. Horrible check in process. Front desk clerk could see our reservation, but all personal information had to be reentered manually into their system before we could get a key or pay. Price was good considering the location. Sheets were clean and room clean enough for a 1 night stay. I wouldn’t stay there again but if price is your biggest issue, you’ll survive.
