Clean with friendly staff, but disappointing facility. First king room had broken AC. Not moved to dual queen room until 10PM. Next day, moved to king room, but had hot water issues. Every time turned on hot water, had to wait several minutes to heat up, even if just turned off. Maintenance said they fixed, but little improvement. Emailed manager, but no reply. No accommodation for inconvenience.
