Staff did not know how to handle a prepaid booking. One night they called at 930 pm, and the next morning knocked at 730 to "lock us out" because of an issue with payment -- but when I went down to sort it out there was actually no problem because the room was prepaid. Also note that this hotel is in the Financial District, and many cafes and restaurants in that area are not open on weekends.
The room, concierge & coffee shop were very nice & clean. The only cause for confusion was that the Hilton/Boston was sold to The Dagny on August 1, 2023. Eventhough the name changed our reservation was honored and we were well taken care of.
Very over priced . Have stayed in nicer hotels for less.
