Spacious room, bigger than most NYC apartments. Good location, walkable to the subway to get anywhere in Manhattan. Safe area. Walkable to Times square, Rockafeller center... Maid service was very good, room was kept very clean. Older style decor, but kept up and very clean.

From checkin through stay through checkout, the staff were uniformly helpful and went above the basics -- for instance, helping us to check in early. The room was quite comfortable and roomy (for New York), and we ate quite well at the restaurants.
