Had a ladies spa weekend. Everything was above average…except when I had to revisit the front desk about my bill. They automatically charged me the full rate price at checkin. I had reserved online with a triple A discount (member). I had to address twice with the front desk bc it was not fixed the first time. Hotel eventually adjusted charges. It was just a ‘worry’… you should not have to address. Another thing… the front part of the hotel is open to public (that’s what we were told)… so anyone can come and hang out. Not a good thing.
