The room was not as clean as we expected. Bedside outlets only worked on one side. Telephone not working. TV remote was quite dirty. Bed was comfortable and bathtub was clean. Found a roach climbing on the wall. Front desk staff was friendly. Would not stay here again.
Excellent every thing at this hotel, including the breakfast! Location perfect and between 15 to 30 minutes depending on where you are headed to for most of main Richmond attractions like museums, Lewis Ginter Garden, restaurants, the Canal Tour, shopping galleria, site-seeing, etc. Stayed for the week.
