The STQ stands for steak and BBQ. It’s operated by the owners of the famous Killen's BBQ in nearby Pearland. The food is made with fresh local ingredients and delivered to the table with colorful garnish. The menu consists of USDA prime steaks such as the filet mignon and BBQ fusion for other entrées. Selections also include blackened gulf snapper, a double-cut pork chop and short ribs. The dining room is designed with an open kitchen and eye-catching rustic wood-hanging ceiling.
