Your adventure begins with check-in, where your friendly and professional guide will equip you with a top-tier e-bike, helmet, and a convenient cell phone holder. After a quick safety and training session, you’ll be ready to cruise the streets with confidence. Please arrive 20 minutes before the tour starts to ensure a smooth experience. - Due to the high performance of our e-bikes, we have a weight limits for each. Maximum weight for the larger e-bikes is 260 lbs. and maximum weight for the smaller e-bikes ranges between 200 lbs. and 240 lbs.
