Please join a certified guide for an adventure in ecotherapy! The session begins with a meditation designed to open your senses, followed by short, mindful walks partnered with invitations to explore nature in multiple ways. We end with a tea ceremony. Participants report entering a deep state of relaxation. Forest bathing is often with friends and/or family. Many people report a feeling of connection – not just with the natural world but also with each other. If you are looking for a meditative and relaxing experience that can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve your immune system and overall well-being, forest bathing is for you! It can be enjoyed by people of all ages, mobilities and fitness levels. The price is $40/person with a $120 minimum. 1-3 people is $120; $40/person after that.
