Overview
Depart from Los Angeles this morning and begin our pleasant journey to Antelope Canyon! We will pass through the Mojave Desert and enjoy the barren landscape decorated by Joshua trees! We will arrive in Las Vegas around noon. After Las Vegas, we will continue our journey to St. George, Utah, and stay there overnight. Room Details All hotel rooms are based on two full or double beds or one king or queen bed, depending on the hotel's availability on the day. The maximum occupancy per room is four travelers. One Room Selection If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please provide a separate booking. Avoid traveling on a different bus? If you have more than one booking, please provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.

- Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
- Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
- Tickets and Charges: Pre-purchased tickets or city passes are not accepted. Buy through us or via the guide. Group reservations recommended.
- Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
- Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
- Parking: Parking is not available at the meeting point. Transportation to and from the departure location is not included.
- Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
- Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
- Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.The operator is not liable for damages unless required by law.
- Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
- Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.

- *During the period of 05/16/2025-10/08/2025, Wednesday and Friday departures, booking 31 days in advance will have the opportunity to upgrade to a cabin in Yellowstone National Park for one night for free. The number is limited and it is on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. If the cabin hotel is sold out, you will be arranged to stay at White Buffalo West Yellowstone, Yellowstone Country Inn, Dude & Roundup, Travelers Lodge or equivalent.
- 3rd &4th guests promoted discounted: ensuring that all participants share accommodations in a same room. Promotion price as what you see. Please note that additional charges, including admission fees and other expenses, will apply to all participants.
- In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the 3RD &4TH GUESTS PROMOTED DISCOUNTED promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily
