Class flows from a gentle warm-up to an engaging workout, and ends with stretches, all while enjoying the serenity of being on Lake LBJ. Classes are designed to meet individual needs, making it an inclusive environment for all participants. No paddleboard experience required. Ages 13+ and must be comfortable in and around open water.
