- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- Minimum age to drink alcohol is 18 years.
- A port fee of 20 USD per pax (not included) must be paid upon arrival at the port.
- For the safety of our clients, the snorkel activity may be cancelled due to bad weather.
- To participate in the snorkeling activity you must be at least 8 years old and be in good physical condition. Pregnant women cannot participate in the snorkeling activity.
- "All Inclusive" and "Premium Full Experience" options include transportation.
- The "Premium Full Experience" does not include the buffet lunch nor access to a Beach Club. Clients go directly to the center of Isla Mujeres.
