- Carmo Archaeological Museum is closed on Sundays and Money Museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

- Dress code is smart casual, recommended comfortable clothing and shoes.
- No smoking or eating inside the vehicle.
- Not recommended for travellers with mobility issues. The tour is done by car but it involves walking around Alfama. The floor is uneven.
- The Carmo Archaeological Museum is closed on Sundays and the Money Museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Our tours have a set start time. Any delay of more than 30 minutes will be considered a no show.
- Additional luggage is only available upon request and depending on the company's availability.
- Please note that in Portugal from October to March it starts to get dark from 6pm onwards.
