Cocoa ceremonies are safe spaces to share and express our feelings in the deepest way. Cocoa helps us to see more clearly, with an open heart, the relationship we have with ourselves and with others and opens a door to reconciliation in the present moment, an opportunity to inhabit the body, relax the mind, take our power and connect with what is not seen but feel. Our goal is to allow you to express yourself and feel yourself grow from within in a space without judgment, and that in our circle, you find the support you may be looking for. Throughout the ceremony, attendees will be encouraged to actively participate and express any doubts or questions about Cocoa, its history and its benefits.
