If you arrive after the time of the tour departure time, it will be considered “no-show” with no-refunds.

This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
Passenger Weight: Combined weight of all passengers must not exceed 500 pounds (225 kg). Maximum weight per passenger is 250 pounds (113 kg). Exceeding these limits will result in one passenger being excluded, with no refunds.
