Welcome to the world's first museum dedicated to barbecue. The Museum of BBQ is 10 interactive exhibits that teach you how barbecue gets its flavor and the difference between the four main American regions: the Carolinas, Memphis, Texas, and Kansas City. Smell the components of spice, walk on sauce, and take a dip in our bean pit. Yeah, we have a bean pit. Get tips from pitmasters, hear a message from Duke the Bush's spokesdog, and get a few fun surprises along the way. On your way out, check our lineup of more than 150 curated sauces and rubs.
