Do you want to experience a unique emotion in which pizza and panorama blend to make your holiday special? With this experience you will learn how to knead authentic Neapolitan pizza, inspired by the breathtaking panorama of Amalfi and in my company! I will be happy to convey the enthusiasm for my land and for the flavors of our local cuisine. I like to call it “experience” because I am sure that at the end of the day spent together, you will bring home unique memories that You will cherish in time and always think of with joy. The itinerary includes: The demonstration of how to knead pizza and your staff moment to test yourself; The seasoning phase using only quality products and non-commercial and cooking; The tasting of the pizza you will prepare; The discovery of a local dish that I will be happy to make you taste. Water and wine are included. Free for you: the apron and a diploma of “pizza maker”.
