Discover the complete production process of tequila, from the agave fields to the La Perseverancia distillery, through the La Constancia ripening winery and the beautiful botanical garden. You will have the opportunity to plant your own agave and witness an authentic jima demonstration, learning up close how this iconic plant is harvested. In addition, you will visit the historic Casona Casa Sauza and you will know both the artisanal and automated process.
