- Accurately reporting weight is essential for proper weight and balance of the helicopter. Large discrepancies in reported weights may result in additional fees.
- Solo Travelers: Please note that we may reach out to reschedule your time if a 2 person minimum is not met.
- CHECK IN TIME is 30 minutes prior to departure time. If you arrive late your excursion may be shortened, cancelled or rescheduled with no refund given.
- Weight limit is 300lbs per seat. R44 max weight is 650lbs, R66 max weight is 900lbs
- Groups of 4+ may be split into multiple helicopters
- Groups of 2 over 500lbs, groups of 3 over 650lbs and groups of 4 over 900lbs will be charged a weight surcharge
- Infants are defined as 0-23 months. Children at or over 24 months will need to be in a paid seat. This is a FAA regulation and not a suggestion
