Nearby Mississagi Provincial Park, is an unspoiled natural environment park offering camping, hiking, swimming and canoeing. Sheriff Creek Sanctuary offers hiking trails along marshes and forested areas, with opportunities for bird-watching. Also, the Firetower Lookout on Milliken Mine Road offers a panoramic view of Elliot Lake, Manitoulin Island and the U.S. mainland. Picnic tables and hiking trails are available.

Self-guiding Tours
