Causapscal

Scenic points of interest in the Causapscal area include 40-metre-high (131-ft.) Philomène Falls (Chutes à Philomène), 16 kilometres (10 mi.) north off Hwy. 132, and a covered bridge over the Matapédia River just south of town. Even though the last 10 kilometres (6 mi.) of road to the river at the falls is not very good, the spot is a favorite of fly fishermen.
