The 958-acre Canoe Creek State Park, 12 miles east of Altoona, offers a wide assortment of summer and winter activities: fishing, swimming, horseback riding, boating, hiking, hunting, biking, cross-country skiing, iceboating, ice fishing, ice-skating and tobogganing.
