Indeed Brewing’s Minneapolis taproom plays to the industrial, historic space in which it is located. The Solar Arts Building is an anchor of the artsy Logan Park neighborhood, and the taproom echoes the neighborhood’s vibe. Bartenders serve trendy brews, like their lemon lager or pistachio ale, alongside more familiar offerings, as well as the brewery’s award-winning Mexican Honey Light Lager. The menu is seasonal, so no two visits will taste the same.

• The inside of the taproom doesn’t allow dogs, but the patio is a great spot to bring your furry friends and taste the brews.

• On Wednesdays, net proceeds go to a local nonprofit chosen by an Indeed employee.

Though parking is available, consider biking or using a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft so you can enjoy the alcoholic drinks without the concern of driving.

Indeed Brewing’s taproom is typically open every day of the week, usually until 11pm or midnight. If you’re going for the lively atmosphere, arrive around 8pm, when it’s most often filled with locals; otherwise, an early visit will nab you a great spot on the patio and a relaxing moment with your pint of choice.
