Located in downtown Binghamton, off US-11 on Court Street, the Phelps Mansion Museum is easiest to reach by car. Parking is free. For travelers without a car, bus service runs daily from New York City’s Port Authority Bus Terminal to Binghamton bus station—a short walk from the museum. Enter the museum through the ballroom, on the driveway side.
The Phelps Mansion Museum is open Friday through Sunday, from 11am to 5pm. Tours run every 30 minutes, and the last one starts at 4:30pm.
After exploring the historic Phelps Mansion Museum, enjoy a favorite American pastime at the nearby NYSEG Stadium. Visit during baseball season—April through October—and watch the Binghamton Rumble Ponies in action.
