Occupancy
The Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 vehicles that will fit within your pad site (off the grass & roadway). For all monthly guests, visitors that stay in your RV for more than 2 nights combined are considered additional guest and will have to be added to your application and pay additional people and/or vehicles fees. No subleasing without consent of owner of Franklin Oasis
Monthly Reservations Usage
The monthly rate includes 500 kilowatts. Any usage beyond that will incur additional charges. If you are a weekly renter and use over 100 KW then fees will apply for all additional usage.
We offer the following amenities:

Vehicle Repairs Prohibited
Working on vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited. If an emergancy occurs such as a flat tire or something minor we completely understand and will work with you. If you are needing to make a repair you must contact office in person or by phone.
Pet Policy
No aggressive pets will be allowed in the Park. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly.
