Campground Overview

Old Florida style campground with full hook-up RV sites and fully furnished cabins. Located directly on Lake Pierce, we offer a boat ramp and fishing dock, boat slips, nature walk, serenity garden, stocked catch and release pond, firepits, game room, bath house and coin laundry. There is a camp store on site.

The charming and spacious land that Oak Hammock Resort is located on is a serene escape from all of the business and hectic chaos life brings us. It truly is an amazing place for a family or couple to visit - you’ll have all the space and privacy you need.

Check In

Check In Time: 3PM | Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If your cabin or RV spot is ready earlier, we will try and accommodate you. We cannot guarantee early arrivals. Late arrivals must make arrangements for a late check-in by phone. Please check in at the office prior to going to your cabin or RV site unless you are a later arrival and prior arrangements have been made

15+ acres of tranquility and Old Florida charm. Beautiful landscaping and natural areas. 

A winding nature walk through the rustic wooded areas with shaded benches. Large grassy area for picnics and other activities. 

Many natural fruit trees throughout the property including mangoes, limes, bananas, lemons, and many others. Wildlife to enjoy including cottontail bunnies, owls, osprey, and red cardinals.

The Park is located 35 Miles From Disney World,  9 Miles From Legoland, 7 Miles From Walmart, 9 Miles From Home Depot, 6 Miles From Publix and Winn-Dixie.

Rules

Firearms/Weapons

Discharge of firearms and all fireworks is prohibited. Guest may transport firearms and other weapons to and from Guest’s RV to Guest’s vehicle. Except as provided in the preceding sentence, in no event may Guest display or brandish firearms or other weapons outside Guest’s RV or vehicle or in a manner that is offensive or threatening to management or other guests.

Repairs

All equipment is subject to malfunction. Problems are attended to as soon as possible. The Agent or an authorized employee or repairmen may enter the accommodation during business hours for any purpose connected with the repair, care or maintenance of the accommodation. Refunds will not be issued due to the malfunction of equipment. You can expect prompt courteous and professional service in solving any problems.

Speed Limit

15 MPH or slower.

Behavior

Oak Hammock Resort may require any person to leave, without refund, for any reason, including, without limitation, disrespect to management or other guests, excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages, objectionable behavior, or violation of any rule or sign

Damaged or Missing Items

Guests will be responsible for expenses incurred for damages. If damage or breakage occurs, please inform management as soon as is reasonably possible so that a replacement can be purchased or damage can be repaired. Guests will be responsible for the replacement charge of items found to be missing.

Key Policy

A locksmith fee will be charged to re-key the lock of any cabin for which the key(s) are lost or not returned.

Lost and Found

Lock all doors when leaving your accommodations. Do not leave money and valuables unattended in the cabin or RV as neither the agent nor the owner will be held accountable or liable for any loss. Check all drawers, closets, cupboards and under beds before departing. Neither agent nor owner is responsible for items left behind. We will only return items upon request and at the guest’s expense. A small handling fee will be added.

Parking

Parking is provided in designated areas. You will be given directions on where to park your boat trailer (if applicable) at the time of your arrival.

Smoking

All of our accommodations are designated smoke free. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all cabins. You may smoke in outside areas away from common grounds. Please dispose of cigarette and cigar butts properly. Please remember the grounds are not your ashtray.

Game Room

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Furniture

Please do not move the furniture during your stay. If you find it necessary to do so, all furniture should be returned to original positions before departure.

Linen and Initial Set Up

We furnish the initial linen set-up in all accommodations based upon the number of guests. It is your responsibility to maintain the linens during your stay. There are coin washers and dryers available for this task. Linens are inventoried and guests will be accountable for any lost or damaged linens. Please do not use white washcloths for makeup removal or for cleaning anything dirty. A starter supply of paper and soap products are also provided.

Occupancy

The guest agrees not to exceed the maximum occupancy for the accommodation as described on our website.

Pet Policy

We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended in your cabin or outside at any time. There are two pet stations set up on the property for the proper disposal of your pet’s poop. All pets must be on a leash when outside or in common areas. Pets are not permitted inside the Game Room, Laundry Room/Bathhouse, Office or Clubhouse. Cabins: We allow up to two (2) pets per reservation, up to 50 pounds each. A current shot record will be required at check-in. There is a $40 non-refundable pet fee for each animal. RV Sites: There will be no charge for bringing your pet with your RV. We expect that you will not leave your pet unattended outside. When your pet is outside it must be on a leash. Aggressive Pets: Aggressive dogs of any breed are not welcome at Oak Hammock Resort. If your dog shows behavior that is protective and unfriendly to strangers, please leave it home. If you decide to bring your dog and it exhibits this type of behavior, the owner or management of the park will ask you to please find other camping accommodations immediately.
