You can reach the park by using the address 702 N Carberry St, Atkinson, NE 68713. However, it is also accessible from 302 N 5th Street, Atkinson, NE 68713. (302 N.5th street is HWY 20). We are on the corner of N. Carberry & HWY 20. *Coin Laundry *2 shower rms - heated *2 shower rms - seasonal * Free Wi-Fi. Cabin 32 x 12 sleeps up to 5 people 1 dbl & 3 twins 2 loft areas ,fridge \ microwave \ coffee pot \ TV \ Heat & AC \ Free Wi-Fi .

this property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money , jewelry or valuables of any kind. Approve here to management to enter if needed at any time to check on heat , electricity , etc. No pets allowed.

THIS PROPERTY IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RUFUSE SERVICES TO ANYONE. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ARISING FROM YOUR VISITATION TO, OR OCCUPANCY IN, THE RV PARK.
LIMIT OF 2 VEHICLES PER SITE EXCEPT FOR SPACES # 5, 7, 8, & 9
NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING IN CABIN.
Pet Policy
No aggressive breeds shall be allowed in the Park. Pets must be kept on a leash when outside. You must clean up after your pet and dispose properly.
NO FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND.
NO GRILLS OR FIRES ON PORCH OR INSIDE CABIN.

FIRES ARE ALLOWED IN ESTABLISHED FIRE PITS ONLY! FIRES MUST BE COMPLETELY EXTINGUISHED AFTER EACH USE.
