Campground Overview

 The Texas 6 RV Park is located in the beautiful town of Rosharon, Texas and is a great spot for an easy-going southern escape. Campers may look forward to a number of excellent activities that include the Crocodile Encounter Zoo, Brazos Bend State Park for stellar scenic viewing and hiking, Froberg's Farm, George Observatory, Bayou City Adventures, Pearland Recreation Center & Natatorium and a number of world-class local bars and eateries for visitors to enjoy. Amenities offered at the park include a pet area, pool access, restrooms, showers, big rig access, pull thrus, water, sewerage, WiFi, 30/50 amp sites, gym facilities, recreation room and walking trails. Whether its for a night or two, we hope to see you soon!

Vehicle Policy

No washing or working on RVs, cars, trucks or any other vehicles inside the park (including your site). Management reserves the right to refuse admission to vehicles not meeting these park standards. All vehicles must be registered with the park office. This includes any guest vehicle which might be visiting you in the park. All RVs and vehicles must be kept clean, in running condition, exterior paint in good condition and be in overall presentable condition. All vehicles not operational will be considered abandoned and will be removed and impounded at owner’s expense. Vehicles leaking oil or fluids are prohibited in the Park and must be repaired off park property. Any damage created by leaking vehicles will be repaired at the owner’sexpense. Allguests and visitors must provide proof of Registration and Insurance on your vehicle and RV at check in, and both must be current at all times. Home About Contact Pictures Park Rules Links Park Rules Texas 6 RV Park In an effort to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, the following Rules and Regulations are to be complied with. All Occupants, Tenants, Residents and Guests of Texas 6 RV Park, upon executing the registration card, acknowledges receipt of and accepts to comply with the Rules and Regulations in their entirety. Once again, we sincerely welcome you to the Texas 6 RV Park and look forward to your stay. OFFICE HOURS Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily. REGISTRATION & RENT Registration is due immediately upon arriving at the Park. Payment in full is due at time of registration. For after hour’s check-ins, please drop the registration card completely filled out with all information including payment information in the afterhours drop slot at the office. PAYMENT & RATES We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, with proper ID. All charges for your stay are due and payable in advance. Once payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason. . A late charge of $25 per day will be assessed for all rent that is not received by noon on the day following the date for which rent is due. Contact the office for late departure rates. Rates are for two people in a site. There is a $10.00 fee for additional person per day. Maximum of 4 persons, per site unless approved by management. Daily Rate – Back-In space $55.00 includes: electric usage, WIFI internet, water, sewer and trash. Pull-Through space $59.00 includes: electric usage, WIFI internet, water, sewer and trash. Weekly Rate – Back-In space $225.00 includes: electric usage, WIFI internet, water, sewer and trash. Pull-Through space $250.00 includes: electric usage, WIFI internet, water, sewer and trash. Monthly Rate- Please call office for monthly rates. VISITORS Visitors are allowed as long as they comply with ALL park rules and regulations.All visitors must check in with the office and sign a copy of the Texas 6 RV Park Rules and Regulations. SITE LOCATION Guests are required to maintain their space and RV in a clean, attractive and well-kept manner. A $50 charge will apply to guests that leave their site and do not clean up their space area upon vacating. All trash should be bagged and brought to the dumpster located at the entrance to the park. There is no trash pickup at your site. No loose trash allowed.Items prohibited from being put in or around the dumpsters include: Furniture, appliances, electronics, wood, and concrete, any building materials, batteries, bbq’s, carpeting or rugs, metals, any hazardous, combustible or flammable materials or substances. All sewer line must be free from leaks and have a "do-nut" or threaded attachment into the sewer. All RV’s must have a proper Electric Power Cord. Only one RV unit per site permitted. No washing or working on RVs, cars, trucks or any other vehicles inside the park (including your site). Large mats, area rugs, etc. (anything that can possibly leave dead area on the lawn) are not allowed under any circumstances. A small foot mat is allowed under RV steps. No free standing awnings or carport covers are allowed. Awnings attached and part of the RV’s body is the only awnings that are allowed. We do not allow clotheslines, freezer and refrigerator. Golf Carts, ATVs, and UTVs are not allowed in the park. Non- contained fires for cooking or heating are not permitted. Any type of fencing, barriers and pallets are not permitted. Any type of dog kennels, pins or runs are not permitted. If there are any problems or damages at your site please inform us immediately. RVs RVs older than 15 years are not allowed, unless an exception has been made by park management. RVs with damage to the exterior unit, including but not limited to broken windows, dents, rust, exposed wiring, missing panels, repairs using tape, tarps or other unsightly appearance is not suited for this RV Park and may be denied entrance into this Park. RVs must be in good condition and self-contained meaning sewer, water and electric are in good working order and the RV is equipped for living (sleeping & bathing). You must be able to pull or drive your RV (whichever is applicable) in and be able to move it at any time (upon management request). Management reserves the right to refuse admission to vehicles not meeting these park standards. Be sure to close awnings when leaving your rig unattended. Strong winds can come about suddenly and cause severe damage to your RV. VEHICLES, REGESTRATION& INSURANCE All vehicles must be registered with the park office. This includes any guest vehicle which might be visiting you in the park. All RVs and vehicles must be kept clean, in running condition, exterior paint in good condition and be in overall presentable condition. All vehicles not operational will be considered abandoned and will be removed and impounded at owner’s expense. Monthly guests and or visitors will need to provide updated Proof of Registration and Insurance upon expiration or as needed. DRIVING AND PARKING All vehicles must be in running condition. The speed limit is 4 1/2 mph throughout the entire park. Speed limit will be enforced. Drive on the roads only. Do not use pull-thru spaces for short cuts. Park your vehicle in your assigned spot only. Any vehicle parked in a vacant site will be charged for the space at a daily rate. Do not park or drive through the grass or where the grass is supposed to be.

Pet Policy

No more than two (2) pets will be permitted per space. Park Management reserves the right to deny a pet if the pet proves to pose a threat to the health and safety of our park guests. Current licenses and rabies certificates must be available for inspection upon check-in by park management. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Leases must be a maximum of 6’ in length. Only indoor cats are allowed in the park and they must remain inside the RV at all times. Animal waste must be picked up immediately!! Any person caught by park management not picking up after their pet will be fined ($50.00 per incident) and evicted from the park!! Pets judged to be too noisy, too large or too dangerous by management will not be allowed in the Park. The following aggressive breeds are NOT allowed in the park: Pit Bulls, Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinchers, & other aggressive breeds)!! Dogs/Cats are not allowed to be tied up and left unattended outside your RV. Pets cannot be kept in anyone’s vehicle during their stay at our Park. Each pet must be licensed and inoculated in accordance with local laws. Pets are not allowed in the clubhouse or any recreational area at any time. Pet owners are responsible at all times for their pets, including injury, destruction, and annoyances to other guests, and the Park and Park Management shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind whatsoever caused by tenant’s pet. Visitors are not permitted to bring any pet into the Park. Non-house pets (including farm animals) are prohibited under any circumstances. Strange and exotic pets are not permitted in Park. All sites with pets must be free of animal feces. Under no circumstance will animal feces be tolerated on individual sites. If feces exist on your space, and management is forced to clean up after your pet, you agree to pay $50.00 per clean up (per incident). Pets are not allowed to run loose in park and will be picked up by Animal Control at the expense of the pet owner.
