Our stay was cut short due to illness. When checking out we were told we were charged for the full stay. When I questioned it the young man said we would have to call back later and talk to someone else. When I did she said since I booked online I would have to call another number and they would help me ask for an adjustment. After getting all the info she said I had to go to another website I had never heard of. It turned out to be a corporate website with nowhere for me to contact anyone. I went to my local AAA office and he couldn't get an answer except they should have helped me on the phone call where they took all the info. Feeling very frustrated I stopped at my credit union thinking to stop payment on the entire stay. After looking up my account we saw that a partial credit was pending. I could have pushed it further but by this time I was done. I will not book online again.
