We travel with a person in a wheelchair. There were 4 of us and none of us sleep in the same bed together. The 2 rooms ordered were supposed to be wheelchair accessible and they were not, upon arrival . We need 2 rooms and it took over 40 minutes to get us the accessible room which was ordered in advance and another room close by as they do not have adjoining rooms. Charged us for parking on their property. 1 vehicle, but each room charged the parking rate.
