Guests will be wowed by the Dale Chihuly hand-blown glass flowers on the lobby ceiling while they wait to check in. Standard rooms are lovely with lots of wall details and gorgeous headboard design. Bedding is sumptuous and the rooms have a huge TV, a comfortable easy chair and one chair at the task table. A stunning mirror design is the focal point of the marble dominated bathrooms. They feature two sinks and a walk-in shower. Some have a separate tub. If you really want to splurge there are several suites to choose from, some of which are quite palatial. Besides the casino, the seasonally changing conservatory is a showpiece not to be missed. You will also want to spend some time at the beautiful pool area. 3933 units, some two bedrooms, three bedrooms and kitchens. 33-36 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

AAA travel was great, and their web site was very easy to work with, it is the Bellagio I have issues with. I would not stay at this hotel again. They seem to value their International and Domestic convention traffic far more than the individual traveler. Check in was very slow, and the front desk staff spent far too much time chitchatting with customers, and each other, while a long line waited. My room was very noisy,(I was facing the freeway), and I asked to move rooms twice, and I was turned down both times. I have stayed in this hotel numerous times, and I definitely see a negative difference this time. With all the add on fees it was close to $500 a night. Definitely not worth the cost. The restaurants in his hotel are also very expensive. I suggest trying MGM Park. It is a smoke free Casino, and the Italian food hall and restaurant, “Eataly” is on the property. There are also numerous reasonably priced restaurants on that corner. You might believe you are treating yourself to an upscale vacation by staying at the Bellagio, but it is not worth the price.

We decided to splurge and stay at the Bellagio for the first time. We have stayed at many other hotels in Las Vegas. Upon arriving on Sunday afternoon the check in line was about 50 people and quite a wait. The person who checked us in told us they had been having technical issues. When we went to the casino that night and played the machines there was an obvious problem. Any payout, even $1, had to be paid out by an attendant. The floor was clearly understaffed. I waited 30 minutes for a $50 payout (even money). Turns out the MGM properties had been hacked. I feel for them in this situation but I wish I had known it had been going on for 4 days before I arrived. We did get free parking but only because the system was down and the gates were up. We won't be staying at the mirage again.
